GABA SYSTEM (Brain Calm) – Inositol
Focus on organ meats (especially liver), whole grains, vegetables, nuts, legumes, cantaloupe, oranges, reishi mushrooms. Drink caffeine-free herbal teas. Avoid alcohol and caffeine.
BREAKFAST: Recommended between 7-10 am
½ cup of whole grain cereal with bananas, cantaloupe cubes, oranges, and amonds. Finish with raspberry herbal tea.
LUNCH: Recommended between 12-3 pm
Slice of grilled liver with multicolored salad fixed with olive oil and vinegar with whole grain slice. Finish with citrus fruit salad and an herbal tea.
DINNER: Recommended between 6-8 pm
4-6 oz of grilled halibut fish with brown rice with cinnamon. Apple, raisin and walnuts salad with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Finish with a glass of rice milk.
BREAKFAST: Fruits mixed with plain yogurt with a whole wheat waffle. Finish with a cup of soy milk.
LUNCH: Lentil soup with a slice of rye toast. Finish with a banana with cinnamon.
DINNER: Grilled turkey with mushrooms with steamed potato salad mixed with scallions, reddishes, and carrots in a light sour cream. Finish with mixed berries milk shake.
BREAKFAST: Steamed spinach with 2oz of cheese salad. Finish with cup of yogurt and lemon herbal tea.
LUNCH: Steamed/baked chicken with sweet potatoes and a cup of beets and onions salad. Finish with mango juice.
DINNER: Veggie burger with jasmine rice and a mixed grilled vegetable salad. Finish with banana puree and a touch of coca powder.
HEALTHY SNACKS: Whole grain bar, nuts, citrus fruit salad, bean soup
