Another year has begun. Have you planned where you want to go yet, or are you leaving it up to fate?
Are you satisfied with where you are now? Stuck in your comfort zone; not really feeling a need to take action. Well, let me be the first to break the bad news: nothing is constant but change! Meaning: if you are not moving forward, then you are sliding backwards! This goes for everything: your career, relationships, knowledge – and yes – also your health. LIVE STRONG, DIE (LOOKING) YOUNGIf you are over 25 years of age you are deteriorating. You are experiencing a gradual muscle loss and slow-down of your metabolism. Your skin is beginning to show the first signs of wrinkles and lack of collagen. You are accumulating fat on your gut, hips and thighs. These first signs are only the visible signs of what is going on inside your body. Your bones are slowly leaking calcium – many are already osteopenic at this point in their lives. There is more to being healthy than having buns of steel and amazing abs. Take the tragic and unnecessary death of actress Brittany Murphy as an example of which I was interviewed about to Access Hollywood. Her looks were idealized, yet she died of a cardiac attack. Why? Because her cardio system was overworked and old – much older than the 32 years that was her chronological age. Do not let this happen to you or someone you love! The first silent symptoms can be detected early on, and preventative measures can then be taken. 25-Year-old with the Brains of a 70-year-old and on ViagraUltimately, your body’s biochemistry may already be messed up from years of junk food, cosmopolitans, and cigarettes along with too much partying and too little sleep. You may have been able to mask up this aging lifestyle by the benefits of youth. Come the time when what you have sown is ready to reap. What does your harvest look like: emaciated, burnt out and rotting, or vibrant, lively and rich? I for one would rather be 70 and have the brains of a 25-year-old than vice versa! In other words: you are only as young as your oldest part! Take my Age Print Test to find out what your biological age really is. You may think that you are still young and deserve to have fun, but if you are suffering from lack of concentration and have the brains of a 70-year-old, then there really is not that much fun left to be had. Studies show that there is a growing incident of Viagra use among men between the ages 18 to 45 years old. There is a 312% increase of Viagra use in this age segment alone according to a study published in the International Journal of Impotence Research. Some of the common side effects of Viagra include headaches, gastro intestinal disorders, flushing, and sweating. The effect Viagra has on the blood vessels has also caused heart attacks, dangerously low blood counts, blurred vision and temporary blindness in some erectile dysfunction users (due to a blood clot blocking an optic nerve). Starting out with Viagra already in your twenties is really nothing to brag about. In my new book YOUNGER, SEXIER YOU! I will explain how you can regain the sexual performance of your youth naturally and without side effects – so keep an eye out for the upcoming book release! Turn Back the ClockAt PATH we are experts in turning back the clock and reverse signs of aging. Why not make this year one dedicated to get you to a younger, thinner and – now with my new book coming out – SEXIER YOU! Yes, getting off the couch and making that life changing decision takes some effort, but once you make the decision, we are here to help you reach your maximum potential and excel! No more half-hearted diet attempts. This year brainpower is the new black, so forget relying on fragile willpower. It has not worked for you this far, and doing the same mistake over and over again is not going to bring change. In fact, insanity is defined by doing the same thing over and over again and yet expecting a different result. Fail to Plan, and You Plan to Fail!I recognize that change is difficult and with that in mind we have started up a new series of coaching, cooking & counseling programs to give you the tools that you need in order to make changes that last! You can contact our nutritionists to hear more about what we can do for you. This year is all about applying the knowledge you already have to your everyday life. Do not feel bad because you feel overwhelmed and cannot do everything on your own! No one can do everything on their own. Great people have great helpers: it is not a declaration of failure to reach out and ask for help. PATH is successful at helping people being the best version of what they can be. I have done this for over 20 years, and I am good at it. Why am I so good at what I do? Experience, knowledge and because I outsource! I don’t try to do everything at once; instead I focus in on what I am good at, so that I can be the best in my particular field. Don’t leave it up to chance, give us a call! Remember: if you have failed to plan, then you have planned to fail. Take charge of your health now and let us help you on the path to a healthier, younger and sexier you!
