Acetylcholine Boost Diet

If you tested low in acetylcholine nature or your acetylcholine has been diminishing over the years, try this 3-day Acetylcholine Boost Diet, based on the Rainbow Diet Concept (see chapter 8 on more details on the Rainbow Diet).

Day #1
BREAKFAST: Recommended between 7 and 10 am.
2 poached eggs with 2 teaspoons of caviar and a celery salad with a slice of whole wheat toast. Finish with a glass of grape juice.
LUNCH: Recommended between 12-3 pm.
Grilled chicken cabbage salad with raisins. Finish with an orange and a cup of green tea.
DINNER: Recommended between 6-8 pm.
Start with a Caesar salad with 2oz of cheese (skip croutons). Horse radish grilled salmon with couscous and broccoli. Finish with herbal tea, mix in fresh blueberries.

Day #2
BREAKFAST: Wheat germ cereal mixed with fresh berries, walnuts and almonds with skim milk or soy milk. Finish with fresh squeezed orange juice.
LUNCH: Start with warm chicken soup with a slice of whole wheat toast. Multicolored vegetable tofu salad with olive oil and vinegar. Finish with water with lemon.
DINNER: Grilled vegetable mix with Fava beans and 2 slices of beef/veal. Finish with hot chocolate.

Day #3
BREAKFAST: Whole wheat/wheat free waffle with ½ spoon of peanut butter and fresh berries. 1 soft boiled egg covered in a teaspoon of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with cumin, garlic pepper, and basil seasonings. Finish with a cup of coffee sweetened with cinnamon.
LUNCH: Smoked salmon sandwich with low fat cream cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, onions on whole wheat bread. Finish with grape juice.
DINNER: Lamb stew made with cranberries, almonds in rosemary dressing with brown rice and steamed cauliflower and carrots. Finish with hazelnut herbal tea.

HEALTY SNACKS: Soy Beans, Slice of tofu, boiled egg with carrots, celery with peanut butter dip, caviar on a whole wheat or rye toast.
