Pelvic Ultrasound:

Detects uterine enlargement, fibroids, changes in ovaries, prominent endometrium, endometrical cancers, cervical cysts, sarcomas, myosarcomas, and fluid collection due to advancing ovarian cancer.

There can be an early detection of illness.
