It will also improve satiation, thus keeping hunger pangs at bay and making it easier to maintain your much needed calorie deficit.

It does all this with a range of usual suspects in its formula – these are ingredients that you will find cropping up time and time again in these kinds of nighttime fat burners.

For example, it includes caffeine anhydrous for an energy boost, as many fat burners do. Again, caffeine in a night time product is a bold choice. It will likely lead to worse sleep patterns even as your jittery energy increases. It will, however, give you a decent thermogenic effect, so it will work as a weight loss aid.

It also contains theobromine anhydrous, taken from green tea leaves and green coffee bean extracts.
