Trimtone is a completely natural thermogenic fat burner. This means, in short, that it can help you to lose weight by raising both your energy expenditure and, as a result, your body heat. It can speed up your metabolism so that you burn more calories overall.
This is important. It won’t cause you to lose weight by itself. No supplement can do this for you. The only way to lose weight naturally is to maintain a calorie deficit. This means consuming fewer calories than you burn. This will cause your body to burn fat as fuel to make up the difference.
A daily deficit of five hundred calories will lead to roughly a pound (or half a kilogram) in weight loss per week, mostly from fat.
You can achieve this deficit a few ways. Firstly, you can limit intake. This means simply eating less. Secondly, you can use more energy. This means being more physically active. Of course, a combination of both is generally best. Try burning off an extra 2-300 calories per day through exercise whilst eating 2-300 calories fewer than your body needs. This will give you a 5-600 calorie daily deficit, which is perfect.
There is a third way. As above, Trimtone raises your metabolic rate, as do all thermogenic fat burners. You can use up to an extra 100 calories per day if you take it.
I would go for a triple pronged attack. Eat slightly less. Do slightly more. Supplement intelligently, all while using a good thermogenic like Trimtone.

As above, Trimtone is a completely natural thermogenic fat burner. It is a very promising weight loss tool that should allow you to burn more energy at rest even as it makes it easier for you to maintain a calorie deficit.
However, before I wax too lyrical about it (and I will, as it is a very good supplement), I want to get something out of the way. Trimtone markets itself at women. This is quite common. Their name speaks volumes. Usually you’ll get hyper aggressive branding aimed at men, whilst stuff at at women talks about being toned and slim.
You could pick up a bottle of Hunter Burn, aimed squarely at men, and find very, very similar ingredients lists and purported benefits.
This is nonsense.
Men can take Trimtone just as women can take Hunter Burn. Everyone taking either will likely see good results. This kind of gendered branding is simply that – branding, with no substance behind it!
This is a shame, as Trimtone is all about substance.
It should enable you to maintain a calorie deficit far more easily by reducing hunger pangs whilst giving you a good energy boost (which you’ll need if you want to break through the foggy headedness of a decent cut.) It elicits a thermogenic response, so will allow you to burn more energy even at rest than you otherwise would. Trimtone is also full of high quality fiber, allowing you to maintain good digestive health, which often suffers on a restricted eating plan.
Of course, it won’t work on its own. This isn’t the point. Think of it as a way to enhance your diet and training plan. It will make everything more efficient rather than giving you a noticeable weight loss boost in and of itself.
Benefits of Trimtone
So, what exactly can Trimtone do to make your weight loss journey more achievable and efficient?
Well, it claims to give four separate benefits. Trimtone claims to be able to stimulate thermogenesis, boost your metabolism, burn extra body fat, and reduce your appetite.
They’re not wrong. These aren’t four separate things, however. Trimtone boosts your metabolic rate, thus stimulating thermogenesis, which allows you to burn a bit of extra body fat during a calorie deficit. That’s one. And it reduces your appetite, which is two.
It also gives you a great deal of energy whilst enabling for improved digestive health. So, OK, four main benefits, even if they differ slightly from what Trimtone claims.
In boosting thermogenesis, it will allow you to get through more calories per day. This is a slight effect. You will likely end up burning anything from an extra 50-100 calories per day. This isn’t to be sniffed at, but that’s the equivalent of about ten peanuts. You can easily reach an extra 50-100 calories in your deficit without having to take expensive supplements.
However, it’s still no bad thing.
I’m more interested in the other benefits, though.
The satiation and lack of hunger pangs comes from the fiber contained in Trimtone. It will keep you feeling fuller for longer, as all fiber does. It will also bulk out your stools, meaning that you will be able to clear your digestive tract more healthily.
As most restricted diets often feature restricted fiber intake, this is a fantastic thing. I would recommend Trimtone based on this alone.
It’s also very common to feel quite sluggish and lethargic on a restricted diet, especially in the early days. Trimtone combats this in two ways. Firstly, the improved thermogenic rate means more energy released (calories are units of energy, after all). Secondly, it contains a high dose of stimulants. It will cut through brain fog and get you ready to live your best life, no matter how lean your food portions might get.
All the magic comes from the ingredients, as it will in most supplements.
As I’m so taken with the fiber content contained within Trimtone’s formula, I think I should begin here. Trimtone makes use of glucomannan, one of the best sources of fiber you can find. It will help with satiation and mitigating hunger pangs, whilst also enabling proper digestive health. It can also help to control your blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure, which are all linked with weight gain.
Then we come onto the stimulants.
You get a trio of stimulants with Trimtone. These serve the dual purpose of both raising your metabolism and giving you a good energy boost.
Firstly, we have caffeine anhydrous, one of the most-used thermogenic ingredients going. Most thermogenic fat burners worth the name will include it in some form. It is fantastic for raising your metabolic rate, and with it your energy levels and overall calorie expenditure. Thus, it will aid in weight loss as it forces your body into lipolysis, or the breakdown of fat cells.
Do note that you get a lot of caffeine with each Trimtone serving. A single capsule will give you 120 mg of the stuff. That’s equivalent to two or three cups of coffee. This makes it perfect as a pre-workout supplement, but inappropriate for anybody who is sensitive to caffeine.
Also ensure that you lower your coffee consumption slightly when taking it.
Then we come onto green coffee. Again, this will give you a good dose of caffeine, which in turn will elicit increased rates of thermogenesis. However, green, un-roasted coffee beans are also a fantastic source of antioxidants such as chlorogenic acid. This is thought to inhibit fat absorption whilst decreasing insulin levels and boosting your metabolic rate.
Finally, Trimtone gives you plenty of green tea. Like green coffee beans, green tea is incredibly rich in antioxidants. It is a particularly good source of catechins. This will allow for a reduction in carbohydrate conversion into fat.
It isn’t all just about fiber and stimulation, though. Trimtone has a bit of an ace up its sleeve in the form of Aframomum Melegueta, more popularly known as grains of paradise.
Grains of paradise is a part of the ginger family. In cooking, it gives a light, peppery spiciness with a smidge of citrus and nuts. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to get a bit experimental in the kitchen.
As a supplement, it is a well-known, very powerful thermogenic herb. It is thought to increase brown adipose fat activation – these are fat cells that your body could really do without. By doing so, it can really help you to shift your unwanted visceral fat, especially around your abdomen. It increases calorie burn and thus energy expenditure.
This is it. Plenty of thermogenic fat burners give you more. This is actually a relatively lean formula. However, it is good. It is really good. It gives you everything you need in good doses, with nothing superfluous and nothing wasted.

It is highly effective at increasing rates of metabolic functioning as well as combating many of the symptoms of a calorie deficit.
How To Use & Take Trimtone
Trimtone is super easy to take. There is no multi-dosing through the day, no oscillation, no messing around. You simply take one pill per day – preferably in the morning. You can also take it as a pre-workout supplement, giving your training a good kick. Be careful of doing this if you train in the evening, however, as the high caffeine dose can interrupt your sleep patterns.
Trimtone comes in bottles of thirty, so each one is roughly a month’s supply. You can only get it online from the manufacturer, but they have good customer service and offer a 100-day full refund guarantee. It’s pretty much risk free.
Do note that it’s one of the more expensive thermogenic fat burners available, despite it using quite a stripped back ingredients list. A single bottle will set you back fifty bucks or more. However, it’s high quality and proven to work, so as far as I’m concerned, they have justified the price. Just watch out for it.
Also, consider buying two or three bottles at once as they offer some decent multi-buy discounts to go a little easier on your wallet. For instance, you can buy three for two, or five for three, and so on.
Trimtone is actually quite fun to use. It packs a hell of a punch. Take these in the morning and you’ll be firing on all cylinders all day long. Take it before a workout and you’ll barely be able to hold yourself back in the gym.
That caffeine content is simply ferocious. And I’m a writer – I drink more strong black coffee each day than anyone I know!
Don’t exceed the recommended dose. A full serving will give you about half the maximum daily safe amount of caffeine for adults, so only take one pill and, as above, keep tabs on your coffee and tea consumption throughout the day.
You may find yourself getting a little jittery on it, especially at first. This is pretty common on caffeine. If you’re sensitive to caffeine or you’re worried about the amount Trimtone delivers, consider going with a different fat burner. There are plenty out there to choose from.
It works well. I took it in conjunction with a slight calorie deficit and a good training regime. I made all my weight loss goals whilst taking it. I didn’t simply hit them, however. I did so with ease. Trimtone made it far easier to maintain a calorie deficit without getting hunger pangs.

Diet is a noun, not a verb. This is important. We all have a ‘diet’. It is simply all that you eat. What this question means to ask, really, is whether you need to maintain a restricted eating plan, a calorie deficit. Yes, you do. You need a daily deficit of five hundred calories to lose a pound per week (or half a kilogram).
Trimtone won’t make up for excessive food intake. It will simply enhance weight loss during a cut.
Do you need to diet while using Trimtone?
Don’t think of exercise in terms of weight loss. We should all lead active lives, as much as possible. The health benefits of doing so are astounding. In addition, exercise is related to, but not necessary for, weight loss. As long as you have a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.
Can you use Trimtone as a pre-workout supplement?
Yes you can. In fact, it makes a very good pre-workout supplement. The high caffeine content will give you plenty of energy to get through your training. Do avoid it if you train in the evening, though, as it will disrupt your sleeping patterns.
How fast can you expect to see the results of Trimtone?
If you have a calorie deficit in place, you should start losing weight almost immediately. Trimtone will only enhance this. You should lose your first pound or two in the first week. In addition, as Trimtone relies on caffeine, which elicits an acute response, you will feel the difference in just a matter of minutes – it will be like drinking a very strong cup of coffee.
Is Trimtone vegan?
Trimtone isn’t vegan, unfortunately. The formula itself is. However, they ruin it slightly by using animal derived gelatin in their capsules. It seems a bit of a waste to me.
Is Trimtone safe?
Trimtone is ostensibly safe and healthy, much as caffeine is. However, dosing is important. You shouldn’t ever take more than one capsule per day. The caffeine content will be far too high. You should also limit your additional caffeine intake whilst on Trimtone.
Don’t take it if you are sensitive to caffeine, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Trimtone is a great product.
I do however feel let down by the gelatin used in its capsules. Unfortunately, it means that I won’t personally be using it again. However, if you don’t follow a plant-based diet, this is no bother. Trimtone will be perfect for you.
The caffeine dose is intense. Handle with care! However, this is what gives it its punch. You will find your energy levels improved no end as you take it. As fatigue, sluggishness and brain fog are often hallmarks of a calorie deficit, this is very welcome.
Most importantly, it will help you to lose weight. Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side. However, you get what you pay for. The glucomannan is worth the price of entry by itself. Hunger pangs will disappear. Digestive health will improve. And, thanks to the caffeine and grains of paradise, your difficult fat should all be used up if you maintain a calorie deficit.
It’s well worth it so unless you follow a plant based diet it’s a great option.
